HEDCO Local Development Corporation (HEDCO LDC) was incorporated in the State of Hawaii in January 1981. It is a privately held non-profit organization licensed as a Certified Development Company by the U. S. Small Business Administration to administer the federal government’s 504 Loan Program. We provide fixed asset financing for eligible small businesses throughout the State of Hawaii and parts of the Pacific region including Guam and American Samoa. HEDCO LDC is the oldest and most experienced CDC in Hawaii having financed hundreds of projects on Oahu, the Big Island, Maui, Kauai, Molokai and Guam.

As part of our commitment to help our small business clients, HEDCO LDC will cover, at its own expense, a part of the borrower’s out of pocket costs for the SBA portion of the financing.
