Established in 1981, Hawaii Economic Development Corporation, Local Development Corporation  (“HEDCO LDC”) is the oldest and most experienced Community Development Company (“CDC”) that is licensed and certified by the SBA to administer their 504 Loan Program for the small business communities throughout the State of Hawaii, Guam, and parts of the South Pacific.

Our local staff has collectively over 120+ years of experience in the financial service industry.  We are located near downtown Honolulu in the Royal Queen Emma Building.
